Why you could use Neo Jungian analysis?

We use many of Jung's terminology everyday. As human beings we have evolved our awareness, or consciousness, to become aware of our complexes and neuroses in our everyday lives. We are not so aware of the projection of these onto our colleagues, friends, and family or communities.

As we go about our everyday activities we are interacting, quite intimately, with a wide range of people. Each one of these interactions provide a wonderful learning opportunity for us to think, reflect, and analyse how we are behaving.
These interactions affect all of us physiologically, emotionally, cognitively and spiritually. The interactions provide the real life opportunities, or raw material, so we can learn, adjust and adapt our behaviours for better interactions and to grow the whole of us as an evolving individual.

If you begin to look at the videos I have placed in order from my video channel you can see a pattern emerging. This pattern is showing you that you begin to trust your own intuitions about your body, with support by a sensible GP. This allows you to take the necessary steps to increase, or decrease the way you adjust your physiological needs to be at your best performance, as a fully functioning human being.

You need to look closely at your eating behaviours, your aerobic exercises, and your sleeping patterns.
All of these awarenesses will lead you to have the best sleeping patterns to release your REM sleep to become aware of the issues arising in the dreams in preparation for today's issues. They will also enable you to have the best restorative sleeping patterns.

In your daily interactions with your colleagues, friends and family you begin to see the projections and avoidances in your relationships and how damaging these can be for you and others.

We know that the workplace is becoming increasingly toxic as people ramp up their projections, for example, completely unaware of the impact of their behaviour on themselves and others. Sadly some people become aware and use this shadow side of themselves to impact great damage on those around them. In fact many of these people use this unhealthy approach to gain power and control over whole organisations.


By developing our self awareness, by looking at the latest practice and research in neurophysiology, we are able to evolve our selves at a deep level. This enables us all to be able to be the authentic person we originally were born to be. We use our analysis to disable the blockages that hold us from reaching our full potential, in all aspects of our selves.

Remember life can be full of joy.
